Easter Cake
Vanilla butter cake is filled with raspberry jam and pastry cream, then coated with fresh whipped cream and tinted marzipan.

Easter Shortbread Cookies
Our crispy buttery shortbread cut into Easter shapes, sparkling with colored sugar.

Hot Cross Buns
One a penny, two a penny!  The Anglo Saxons ate sacramental cakes in honor of their goddess Eastore.  Our version is filled with dried fruit, and topped with a traditional cross.  65 cents each — $5.30 per dozen
 
Lemon Coconut Cake
Vanilla butter cake filled with our home made lemon curd, iced with coconut butter cream coated in shredded coconut.  Topped with a cute jelly bean filled nest
