Cakes
Pagosa Baking Company makes our cakes to order. Please call 970-264-9348 48 hours in advance to order one of our standard sizes:
- 6″ cake serves 5 to 7 people
- 8″ cake serves 10 to 12 people
- 10″ cake serves 15 to 18 people
We make larger cakes to serve as many folks as you would like to serve! Please contact us at least a week in advance to place your order for a large cake.
Cake Flavors;
- German Chocolate Cake – chocolate cake filled with pecan and coconut custard, iced in chocolate butter cream
- Yolanda’s Special – vanilla cake filled with German chocolate filling, iced in hazelnut buttercream
- Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese filling and icing
- Custard & Fruit – vanilla cake filled with custard & fresh fruit, iced in vanilla butter cream
- Lemon Raspberry Cake – vanilla cake filled with our housemade lemon curd and raspberry jam, iced in lemon butter cream
- Hazelnut Ganache – vanilla butter cake filled with ganache and hazelnut butter cream, iced in hazelnut butter cream
- Vanilla or Chocolate butter cake filled and iced with Vanilla or Chocolate butter cream
- Gluten Free Brownie Cake – two layers of our brownies (made with almond flour), filled and iced with vanilla buttercream & topped with ganache. Please note – we are not a gluten free kitchen, we do not recommend our products for clients with celiac disease.

We book wedding cakes throughout the year, often a year in advance. Please place your order early to ensure we are available on your wedding date. Tiered cakes start at $7.00 per serving.
